Can my survey be viewed on a mobile device?

Yes, the online survey is compatible with mobile phones and tablets. We can also host your survey on a kiosk.

Can I conduct my survey in languages other than English?

Yes, you can have your survey in multiple languages. We begin the survey design process in English. Once we receive your final approval, we’ll send the final questionnaire to our translators for translation. Once translated, you’ll receive the translated copy for approval before the survey is launched.

Who owns the survey data?

You maintain full ownership of your survey data. We can transfer the data to you in either an Excel spreadsheet or another appropriate file format. All verbatim responses are sent to you in a Word document.

How long should my survey be in the field?

We recommend that you give your employees a two-week time frame to complete the survey. To boost survey response rate, we’ll send a survey reminder one week after your survey is launched. Further, we can have the survey open for a longer or a shorter time, depending on your needs.

How long is the turnaround for a project?

The typical turnaround time from initial consultation, survey design, testing, and data collection to data analysis and report writing takes about 8 to 10 weeks.

However, the total time needed for your project depends on:

  • How big your review team is (the bigger the team, the more time it tends to take)
  • How many languages you need
  • How long you want your survey to be in the field
  • How many data cuts you need
  • The availability of your team to meet (in real time or virtually) for results presentation

What do I get after the survey is completed?

Throughout the data-collection period, you’ll get regular updates of your survey response rate. Once the survey is completed, you’ll receive a written report summarizing your survey findings. The report will include charts, tables, and an explanation of results, as well as our recommendations. You’ll also receive a Word document of all verbatim responses to the open-ended questions in your survey. Depending on your contract, you may also receive specific reports by individual subgroup.

Do you conduct employee focus groups?

Yes, we moderate employee focus groups as well as conduct one-on-one interviews with management or specific employee groups. Focus groups and interviews are qualitative research methods that give you more insights that complement your quantitative survey.

We can conduct employee focus groups to uncover issues that you might not have thought of and gather insights from employees before we design the survey. Alternatively, we can conduct follow-up focus groups to better understand the reasons behind the quantitative survey results and enable you to design solutions that are on-point.
