Situation: A Fortune 500 client in the restaurant industry was going through significant organizational change. Leaders within a global department want to understand what energizes employees, how to prevent burnout, and how to retain employees within the context of change.
Approach: We draw upon research in positive psychology, job crafting, and creativity to design a custom survey for the Department. We collected the data, analyze results, and presented the survey findings and our recommendations to their leaders.
Results: The leaders within the Department used the survey results to craft on-point communication messages. They also addressed employees’ concerns about the company’s rapid change.
